Steel Supporting Structures for Solar Energy Plants

Solar energy plants (SEPs) are used as a renewable source of heat or electric energy in the form of concentrated thermal (CSP) or photovoltaic (PV) systems.

The CSP systems focuses the sunbeams from a wide area to a single small area by means of mirrors and sun monitoring systems attached to these mirrors. The concentrated sunbeams are then used to generate the heat required by classic power plants.

The PV systems aim to generate electric energy by means of taking concentrated sunbeams into photovoltaic surfaces.

Steel supporting structures for SEPs are designed and manufactured from any type of boxes, pipes, C, W, omega profiles for the CSP and PV systems.

Such structures are delivered as galvanised and/or painted.
